Ania & Paul’s Engagement Session

My cousin Paul surprised us only a wee bit when he proposed to Ania over the 4th of July weekend.  It would be foolish of me to presume that he waited for me to finally make an appearance in Florida. My attempts to avoid the trap of leisure and sunny delight came to a sudden halt when I decided to also extend the ten day trip to an almost month-long sabbatical.  I’ll be taking refuge with my auntie, while I update the site to highlight more of the session-driven work I’ve been doing lately.  The site is growing alongside me and stopped representing my current repertoire a long time ago. Alas.  I’ll be back in Los Angeles on July 20th, and have my hands full until then.  Nothing like a deadline.

In the meantime, I had the pleasure of capturing our love birds against the backdrop of two of their biggest passions: horses and Frisbee.  I’ll let you guess who brought which to the equation, and at this point it’s really a mute point.  Both have come to love the other’s hobby and support it with a fervor that would put many a professional to shame. They’ve won titles throwing disks and swap barn duties like they’ve done it forever. They’re a super cool couple and I’m really looking forward to their destination wedding.
